The children's food is provided by the Mark Twain International School Kitchen, prepared to the highest level of cleanliness, freshness and taste. The menus are balanced and prepared with the help of a professional nutritionist. The fresh and tasty bakery products of The Pantry Bakery, Mark Twain International School Bakery and Confectionery, are specially made for our little ones.

Breakfast: fruit tea with lemon, butter, honey, telemea cheese, tomato, wholemeal bread
Snack: tangerine
Lunch: beef soup, baked chicken drumsticks, corn and baked beans, roasted pepper salad, wholemeal bread
Snack: apple pie
After-school: yogurt with corn flakes, apple

In addition to the program of instructional-educational activities of the M.E.N., the Blue Lighthouse Academy is in the process of development, under the guidance of the Mark Twain IS team, addressing topics and educational methods of the highest international level.
